Job Title: Accounting Trainee

The role of the accounting trainee is to assist in the day-to-day activities of the finance department. This includes tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, and analysis of financial statements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and related analysis of financial statements;
  • Creating controls and workflows associated with accounting activities;
  • Preparation of management reports for monitoring routine positions and control of the area;
  • Acting as a change agent in various routines suggesting improvements in flows and activities;
  • Assisting in monthly closures of accounting routines.

Requirements:
  • Cursando Ciências Contábeis (studying business administration);
  • Desejável conhecimento ou noção de práticas contábeis (desired knowledge or notion of accounting practices);
  • Experiência em multinacional/setor automotivo será um diferencial (experience in multinational/automotive sector will be an advantage);
  • Pacote Office (Excel intermediário) (Office package - Excel intermediate);
  • Inglês Intermediário (Intermediate English).
