At Ebanx, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Transformation Expert.

This key member of our finance function will drive automation and integration of AI-powered solutions to optimize finance processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic transformation by executing high-impact initiatives in automation and AI to optimize key finance processes;
  • Integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance data accuracy, streamline decision-making, and generate value for the business;
  • Collaborate with business areas, Data, and IT teams to enhance results and avoid overlapping initiatives;
  • Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into technical specifications;
  • Design and develop innovative business solutions using various tools and databases;
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate adaptability and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Promote a data-driven culture within the organization;
  • Identify business needs and opportunities, and communicate proactively with stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Experience working with a wide range of tools and knowledge in databases and SQL;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and training others;
  • Familiarity with financial areas, statistical models, and AI;
  • Self-taught profile with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills;
  • Autonomy to design and develop business solutions within security guidelines;
