We are seeking a Procurement Leader to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies across the LATAM region. This includes leading category strategy development, reviewing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement, articulating a category vision, and ensuring sourcing practices conform to overall procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for the LATAM region.
- Leading category strategy development process to create innovative TCO-based strategies.
- Reviewing effectiveness of strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Articulating category vision and road to improvement to stakeholders.
- Obtaining sign-off for category strategies and monitoring progress.
- Ensuring LATAM sourcing practices conform to overall procurement policies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing.
- Cost management and TCO expertise.
- University Graduated.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced Spanish level.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel.
- Domain of negotiation techniques, SRM and Strategic Sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of Market and main suppliers of Category.
- Leadership skills to play mentorship and coaching roles.
