Public Procurement Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Public Procurement Specialist and be responsible for managing the entire bidding process, from preparation to coordination.

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals;
  • Draft diligence reports, objections, appeals, and counter-arguments;
  • Research bidding notices to identify opportunities;
  • Register the company with public agencies and platforms;
  • Manage and coordinate the bidding process;
  • Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations related to public procurement;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure document and proposal compliance;
  • Analyze and prepare documents supporting legal and administrative aspects;
  • Update and maintain an organized database with information on notices, quotations, auction results, and other relevant data;
  • Monitor bidding processes;
  • Control contracts and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development and public procurement;
  • Deep knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in Brazil;
  • Ability to analyze notices and technical documents;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and organized profile;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Degree in Administration, Law, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Law nº 14.133/2021, Law nº 8.666/93, and Law nº 10.520/02;
  • Previous experience in the area.
