Banquet Manager/ Female

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team at Fairmont Amman. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for leading the banquet team and ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

• Lead the Banquet Team: Supervise and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.
• Service Standards: Ensure that all service standards are followed, including greeting guests, serving meals and beverages, and clearing tables.
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue layout, table settings, and serving stations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the banquet sales director, head chef, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments, including Food and Beverage, to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.
• Guest Focus: Focus on providing exceptional service to guests, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role in Food and Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant software.
• Education: University or college degree in a related discipline, such as hospitality or business administration.
