Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Foreign Exchange operations. As Treasurer Lead, you will be responsible for structuring and executing FX strategies that drive optimal performance in the short, medium, and long term.

Key responsibilities include managing execution routines and controls for FX transactions, defining FX Spot and FX Hedge strategies for each business unit, and collaborating with financial models to assess hedging effectiveness. You will also serve as the primary contact for SOX audits related to FX processes and partner with cross-functional teams to implement new flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Proven knowledge of FX regulations, derivatives, and market practices
  • Experience in eFX or payment facilitators
  • Technical expertise in options, USD instruments, NDF, futures, and swaps
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Python, and BI tools for large-scale data management
