Job Description

This is a long-term assignment as a Senior Full Stack Developer in Brazil. You'll join an engineering team to elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

You'll focus on automation-first solutions to support a growing customer base, building and providing support to existing agents and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills are essential.
  • Experience working independently and remotely is required.
  • Proficiency in building AI agents is necessary.
  • Integrating with AI APIs, such as GPT and Claude, is also required.
  • Broad experience in building end-to-end applications using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js is necessary.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system connectivity is also required.
