Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models using LangChain and Python. You will also develop APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.

  • You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
