Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for network hardware and protocols to ensure high-quality standards.
- Perform testing of network protocols using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Shell, or Bash, identifying possible defects, and assuring corrective measures.
- Validate network configurations, including firewalls, switches, and routers, to ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance manual testing processes, implement industry best practices, and contribute to overall software quality improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field/experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- 2+ years of experience, knowledge, and utilization of PowerShell, Shell, or Bash scripts.
- Strong understanding of network hardware and protocols.
