Welding Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Instructor to join our team at Iqtalent. As a Welding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and managing presentation materials/equipment to ensure the highest level of quality and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients and employees.
• Prepare and deliver training presentations, using a variety of methods and materials to engage and motivate learners.
• Assess student capabilities and modify program material/presentation as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and program evaluation.
• Interface and coordinate training activities with company personnel and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Ensure all training materials are presented in a professional and stimulating manner.

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, education, training and development).
• Accredited Assessor license.
• Strong oil and gas upstream operational, technical, or supervisory background.
• Knowledgeable of basic upstream oil and gas operational programs.
• Competent/experienced with upstream oil and gas and craft training programs.
• Strong training presentation, coordination, evaluation, and planning skills.
• Competent computer skills; presentation, spreadsheets, document preparation.
• Proven competence with procedure development and presentation software.
• Ability to communicate technical information and procedures to students of varying levels.

• Minimum of 10 years in a similar role with 5 years' experience OJT/Classroom Training.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Upstream and Downstream businesses.
• Preferably holds an accredited Assessor Qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work in multi-culture and multi-company environments.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Arabic) ability preferred but not required.
