Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on building scalable and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • API Design and Development: Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs for website/LP features, including secure form submission, file uploads, gated content, and event endpoints.
  • Lead Processing Pipelines: Implement lead processing pipelines, including validation, deduplication, enrichment (e.g., firmographics), scoring hooks, and routing to CRM/MA (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Integration and Data Quality: Integrate with third-party SaaS (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP/intent tools) via webhooks/queues with retries and idempotency, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Experimentation and Personalization: Support experimentation and personalization-friendly architectures (feature flags, configuration services, edge-friendly APIs) with performance in mind.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize performance and cost through caching strategies (edge/CDN, Redis), efficient queries, and scalable patterns.
  • Maintenance and Collaboration: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), code reviews, documentation, and runbooks, collaborating closely with Front-end and Growth teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js/TypeScript/React/SQL) with web-focused services.
  • Skillset: Solid understanding of API design, authentication/authorization, rate limiting, and secure data handling; experience integrating with CRM/MA and third-party SaaS via APIs/webhooks.
  • Knowledge: Practical knowledge of databases (relational and/or NoSQL), data modeling for marketing/growth use cases, and caching; comfort with logging/monitoring and debugging in production.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with Front-end, RevOps, and Growth; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Language: Advanced English Skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and design patterns.
  • Database Integration: Previous exposure to database integrations and ETL process.
  • Programming Language: Basic knowledge of Python.
