Job DescriptionThe Logistics Capacity Optimization Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing partner capacity performance to meet platform supply targets. This involves deploying and governing partners' capacity targets via digital tools, ensuring that capacity is utilized efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough capacity analysis and provide actionable insights for capacity deployment strategy design.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize partner capacity performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in 3PL logistics operations, with a focus on last-mile delivery.
- Proven analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
- Ability to work proactively in dynamic environments and demonstrate ownership of projects.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
