We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and culturally aware Automation Test Engineer with a solid background in software development and leadership skills. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide outstanding services for our client, a prominent fintech organization. The project involves developing a payment solution that enables both individuals and businesses to securely and effortlessly transfer funds between bank accounts across the U.S., delivering significant advantages to both merchants and consumers.

Are you the right fit?

  • 4+ years of practical experience as an Automation Test Engineer
  • Proficient coding skills in C#
  • Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, with a track record of building automated testing frameworks from the ground up
  • Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams
  • Experience in developing API, performance, and integration tests
  • Comprehensive understanding of Scrum methodology and experience working in Agile environments
  • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAFe methodology
  • Strong skills in Java or JavaScript

Your key responsibilities:

In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring our software meets high-quality standards while guiding the QA team to develop effective, functional, and scalable solutions that fulfill the client's requirements.

  • Lead the QA team to enhance the project's test automation speed and coverage
  • Optimize automated testing processes to improve efficiency
  • Design and implement robust and scalable automated testing frameworks
  • Conduct functional and regression testing utilizing Selenium
  • Perform API testing with tools like Postman
  • Execute performance testing using JMeter or Postman runner to verify software performance criteria
  • Carry out integration testing to ensure seamless component interaction
  • Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for a streamlined deployment process
