Job Title: Chemical Laboratory Assistant

Summary: As a Chemical Laboratory Assistant at Momentive, you will contribute to the realization of chemical, physical, and microbiological control of finished products, raw materials, and water, assisting the sector to ensure that products meet the company's specifications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Auxiliary in the preparation, standardization, and control of analytical solutions used daily in chemical analyses.
• Auxiliary in the control of counter-samples and waste disposal.
• Assist in inserting and updating data in the system for issuing analysis certificates emitted in billing.
• Auxiliary in physical-chemical analyses of raw materials, products in process, finished products, water, and industrial effluents.
• Assist in releasing products for consumption or sale through the SAP system if they meet the required specifications.
• Auxiliary in controlling original certificates issued by suppliers.
• Assist in reviewing raw material specifications based on information from application laboratories and/or suppliers.
• Assist in laboratory microbiology activities.
• Include purchase requests in the SAP system.
• Assist in performing performance tests on polyurethane foam.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role:

Students from the course of: Technician in Chemistry, Superior in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
