Senior Field Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our field operations, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless product installations.

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, implementing effective solutions, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation and Configuration: Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Technical Support: Provide expert on-site technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  3. Training and Development: Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed products, promoting successful adoption and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Document installation processes and client interactions in our CRM system, facilitating accurate tracking and analysis of business performance.
  5. Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  1. Tech Experience: Solid experience with on-site installations and support in a technical environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to our products.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide training to clients and build strong relationships.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
