Business Process Analyst Role

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various businesses and IT support teams around the globe to drive business process excellence. Your expertise in data analytics and process mining will be instrumental in helping businesses optimize their processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work on data preparation from various IT systems, developing the data model using SQL scripts, and building prototype dashboards in process mining tools
  • Explore and offer solutions to businesses based on tool capabilities and business needs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics on platforms, data ingestion, data foundation & materialized sides as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist
  • Proven experience in process mining and analysis using Celonis or similar process mining tools

Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of SnowFlake, SQL, and experience with relational databases
  • Data Processing: Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
  • IT Technologies: AI, Machine Learning
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Big Data Tools: Experience with tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Tableau, Power BI
  • Fundamental Business Knowledge: SAP Systems, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications in data engineering, cloud computing, or specific tools and technologies
