Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor agent activities and provide real-time information to the Customer Service team.
  • Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including internal linehauls and performance indicators.
  • Communicate regularly with agents and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support for agent-related issues, such as PODs, transfers, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate English proficiency
