We are seeking a highly skilled copywriter to lead our creative efforts. As the key member of our team, you will be responsible for ideating, scripting, and managing the entire creative process with a focus on user-generated content (UGC) ads and psychology-based creatives.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in creating paid advertisements specifically for digital marketing channels, particularly UGC, direct response marketing, and influencer/UGC partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy to produce high-converting UGC ads.
- Collaborate with our content manager to source and manage new content across all marketing channels.
- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics through data-driven creative optimization.
- Script engaging UGC direct response creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze performance data from our Meta Ads campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize our creative efforts.
- Work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize new creative ideas and strategies.
- Conduct research on customer behavior and competitor activity to inform our creative decisions.
- Provide regular creative reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
