About the Role

We seek a versatile Software Development Engineer for our Platform Engineering team.

You will build high-performance, scalable content experiences across multiple verticals, aligning our digital content strategy with emerging AI capabilities.

This involves building and iterating content modules, templated systems, and platform integrations connecting with our internal CMS (Directus) and data pipelines.

As our ideal candidate, you'll architect frameworks that scale, experiment with AI-enhanced tooling, and partner closely with product and editorial teams to deliver engaging, intelligent content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build dynamic content pages powered by reusable components and design systems
  • Integrate with our internal CMS (Directus) and the Platform team to streamline publishing workflows
  • Contribute to AI-assisted publishing workflows, including automated tagging, content suggestions, and real-time data integrations
  • Partner with stakeholders to test, launch, and iterate on new user experiences
  • Lead the development of tooling for rapid deployment of landing pages and A/B testing
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI-enhanced development to evolve how content is created and managed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, and Node.js
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering or static site generation frameworks
  • Experience developing third-party extensions or plugins
  • Familiarity with REST API development and consumption
  • Deep familiarity with content systems and component-based design
  • Comfortable in a SCRUM environment where collaboration is key
  • Strong communicator and proactive collaborator
