- Atendimento ao cliente;
- Organização e exposição dos produtos;
- Controle de estoque;
- Negociação e vendas;
- Conhecimento do produto;
- Recebimento de mercadorias;
- Realização de pedidos;
- Relacionamento com fornecedores.
