Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Injector Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing machine injectors for operation, setting up and adjusting machines for optimal performance, making adjustments to programs and settings as needed, installing necessary tools and equipment, and verifying machine parameters.
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience moving devices using a bridge crane and inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Machine Injectors: Prepare machine injectors for operation by conducting routine maintenance, performing diagnostics, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Optimize Machine Performance: Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance by calibrating equipment, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functioning.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met, releasing machines for production.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
