The position involves leading customer-facing project implementations focusing on SAP EWM solution portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting customer workshops to understand business process requirements, advising customers on industry best practices in the area of expertise, configuring requirements in respective solutions, preparing functional specifications and supporting development teams, conducting testing, training, and support for master data migration.

Key Expectations and Tasks

">
  • Provide remote and onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)">
  • Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects">
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients">
  • Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues">
  • Evaluate affected processes and scenarios, ensuring proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution">
  • Get involved with customer scenarios, understanding business needs and discussing best approaches to help them">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Minimum 12+ years industry experience and 6-8 years of SAP EWM implementation experience">
  • Independently handle large implementation projects focusing on supply chain logistics - SAP Extended warehouse management, with focus on: Inbound, outbound processes, Replenishment strategies, Cross Docking, Labor Management, VAS, Material flow system">
  • Expertise in the integration of EWM with TM">
  • Knowledge on S/4 HANA logistics scenarios">
  • Strong communication skills at multiple levels of the organization, with clear verbal and written communications">
  • Experience in managing challenging client situations and understanding AGILE project methodology">
  • Desired but not mandatory: knowledge of classical SAP WMS, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio, ABAP programming, and SAP Solution Manager Topics">
