At the core of every successful business lies a well-structured acquisition process. The Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading this effort, ensuring seamless transactions and maximized returns.

Job Overview

The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for assisting our dynamic real estate investment team with underwriting, analysis, and closing of deals. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to draft and submit Letters of Intent (LOIs), managing deal documents, and tracking approvals. Additionally, they will coordinate due diligence, support loan document submissions, and help manage closing processes and transaction timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition Support: Assist with acquisitions and deal support, including drafting and submitting LOIs, managing deal documents, and tracking approvals.
  • Due Diligence Coordination: Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions.
  • Closing Process Management: Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines.
  • Construction Budgeting: Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications.
  • Site Oversight: Support site oversight and execution of development tasks.
  • Financial Administration: Maintain accurate bookkeeping and track expenses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Acquisitions Experience: Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination.
  • Construction Budgeting Knowledge: Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes.
  • Financial Organization Skills: Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • U.S. Real Estate Familiarity: Familiarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation.
  • Due Diligence Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.).
