We are seeking a skilled professional to work on a variety of engineering design tasks, collaborating with designers, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Prepare detailed mechanical engineering drawings in accordance with NYC building codes.
  • System Design: Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Documentation Management: Revise and update technical drawings based on project specifications and markups.
  • Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews and contribute to the development of project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
