Job Title: Content Validator

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm BRT.

About the Role

Our project seeks a Content Validator. The main goal of this position is to assess and validate various types of content as per defined policies and guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate user/AI-generated content for accuracy, factuality, relevance, helpfulness, language usage, and alignment with user intent.
  • Conduct research & fact-checking by comparing AI-generated responses with other generally available sources.
  • Identify key differences and trends in AI-generated responses.
  • Rate and stack rank responses, providing clear reasoning while ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in rating decisions.
  • Support internal training and quality assurance/peer reviews.
  • Attend customer calls/calibration sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • English proficiency (B1/B2 level).
  • Native Portuguese speaker.
  • University degree (preferred) with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of relevant experience (inclusive of journalism, literature, writing, or other comparable experience).
  • Basic computer handling skills (typing speed: 25-30 words per minute).
  • Comfortable with G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to present reasoning clearly and logically.
  • Understanding of AI models and their capabilities.
  • Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content validation.
  • Experience in evaluating and comparing content from different sources.
