About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to support our research and development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and execute laboratory experiments to drive innovation and improve existing products;
  • Promote technical excellence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions;
  • Support product development, homologations, and training programs;
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize processes;
  • Ensure lab safety and maintenance protocols are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science;
  • Strong experience in laboratory settings and test development;
  • Working knowledge of surfactants, additives, and polymers;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects;
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
