Production Cook
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality food products.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, prioritizing health and safety protocols.
- Cook a wide range of menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
- Monitor and maintain proper serving temperatures for hot and cold foods.
- Act as shift leader when the Sous Chef is absent, taking charge of kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently in physically demanding environments.
- Show a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
