We're looking for a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key partner to hiring managers, you'll drive the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple teams, ensuring exceptional talent delivery in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on candidate experience and delivering high-quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success metrics.
- Buid strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Champion data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced company or headhunting firm.
- Proven success in hiring for a range of roles, with a focus on technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with additional recruitment tools and technologies will be an added advantage.
