Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide onboarding support.
  • Deliver adoption and engagement insights through Business Reviews.
  • Coach customers to become product experts and train their teams on methodology.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.
  • Partner with account managers for alignment on plans.
  • Work with account managers during renewal cycles to drive retention and engagement.
  • Explore upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop new solutions.
  • Drive customer references and case studies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Project Management knowledge, Problem Solving and Negotiation skills.
  • Strong accountability for ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to work with spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
Prior Experience:
  • Experience interfacing with HR departments would be highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech sector or managing education programs is desirable.
