HR Generalist

• Talent Acquisition: Identify top talent for our organization, conducting thorough interviews, and making informed hiring decisions.
• Employee Engagement: Proactively seek out new talent, building relationships with potential candidates and partners.
• People Operations Management: Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and office management.

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree; Soft skills: Proactivity, Problem-solving mindset, Clear and effective communication.
