Job Title:

Global Cash Management Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Global Cash Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their day-to-day needs of local/international cash management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service support to large corporations.
  • Serve as the central point of resolution and escalation for service issues, liaising with partners to manage issues and own the client experience.
  • Take full ownership of problem-solving and escalation, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Act as a proactive partner, reaching out to clients to assess progress, satisfaction, and potential impediments to service satisfaction.
  • Identify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging Treasury Services capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales to develop an annual client-specific service strategy plan for clients within your portfolio.
  • Analyze client behavior and trends to propose service efficiencies.
  • Adhere to and ensure client compliance with risk policies/practices, educating clients on new legal/regulatory changes.
