">Main Responsibilities
">Collecting information, inputs and data from various sources to support procurement activities.
Analyzing information and sourcing initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards in products and services.
Presenting results of analysis and simulations to support procurement work.
Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and managing the procurement process for stock, supplies and capital goods.
Ssupporting the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products and services through continuous analysis of the sourcing and purchasing processes.
Preparing and presenting recommendations for improvement and alternative courses of action to senior procurement/sourcing leaders.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">Negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
Resilience to deal with challenges and obstacles in the procurement process.
Ability to deal with different hierarchical levels and balance the needs of various stakeholders.
Organization and a sense of prioritization to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience
">We are looking for candidates with:
">- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related areas.
- Intermediate-advanced English (mandatory).
- Knowledge and experience in port operations, road and air transportation, customs processes, among other aspects related to the supply chain.
- Experience of 4 to 7 years in the Supply Chain and Purchasing area (mandatory).
Salary Range
">The estimated salary for this role is between R$10,000 - R$18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
