About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing, to develop and implement innovation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Project Management:

    • Design and execute innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality results through thorough analysis and investigation processes.
    • Identify and explore opportunities for process simplification, harmonization, and cost savings initiatives.

    • Typical activities include:

      • Leading supply chain management for innovation projects, ensuring on-time-in-full (OTIF) compliance.
      • Planning and conducting industrial tests, identifying needs for new equipment, processes, and assessing impacts on Security, Health, Environment, Quality, logistics, etc.
      • Developing and improving processes due to specific requirements.
      • Influencing and contributing to project definitions, equipment lists, timelines, and close collaboration with UEnS and R&D departments.
      • Supporting capital proposal development, minimizing investments and maximizing current asset utilization in compliance with SHE, Quality, and efficiency standards.
      • Leading continuous improvement activities in projects, guaranteeing perfect execution.
      • Ensuring manufacturing excellence.
      • Providing insights to Finance regarding productivity information, additional labor, production expenses, etc.
      • Participating in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities linked to projects (Risk Assessment) and ensuring actions implementation.
      • Preparing required documents for innovation projects
