Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in sales and business development, you will have the opportunity to drive top-line revenue growth by engaging customers on Mainframe Migration and Modernization initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential customers, build pipeline, and drive discussions with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify Mainframe customers and opportunities
  • Build and manage pipeline, driving successful customer engagements
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive Mainframe Modernization discussions with customers
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with stakeholders to achieve overall sales cycle goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10+ years of direct/matrix sales, business development, and program management experience
  • Proven track record of growing Mainframe Migration and Modernization related businesses
  • Experience working with Mainframe Migration and Modernization partners
  • Ability to build rapport with senior customer executives and close large revenue accounts
  • MBA preferred
  • Strategic problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
