Job Summary

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the supply of maintenance goods and services to customers in the military market.

The role involves making quotations for orders and repairs of aeronautical components, placing and monitoring orders for parts and services, supporting the logistics process for aeronautical components, billing for parts and services, and interfacing with military customers.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

This is a key role within our organization that plays a crucial part in the supply chain management process. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing quotations for orders and repairs of aeronautical components
  • Placing and monitoring orders for parts and services
  • Supporting the logistics process for aeronautical components
  • Billing for parts and services
  • Interfacing with military customers

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • A full university degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering
  • Knowledge of logistics processes
  • Knowledge of stock management
  • Experience in customer and supplier relations
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, writing, and reading)
  • Basic English
