Cybersecurity Support Role
As a cybersecurity support analyst, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effective and secure operation of our clients' security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain information security solutions with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM);
- Swiftly respond to security incidents, performing thorough analysis and problem resolution;
- Implement updates and improvements in the security infrastructure;
- Collaborate with the client's team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures;
- Generate periodic performance and incident reports;
- Participate in regular client meetings to discuss the current status and needs of the security infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields;
- Proven experience in technical support and maintenance of security solutions;
- Solid knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM);
- Strong problem-solving and incident analysis skills;
- Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, including direct interaction with the client.
- Certifications in cybersecurity such as CompTIA Security+, CISM, CyberArk, BeyondTrust;
- Knowledge of related areas such as IAM, SIEM, DLP, etc.;
- Technical English for reading and writing documentation.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in PAM and strong analytical skills.
