Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring the quality of smartphones. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in guaranteeing that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teams to interface with local operators and build strong relationships with technical teams.
  • Executing test cases according to project schedules and requirements, performing drive or field tests as needed.
  • Reporting bugs, reproducing and capturing logs for the R&D department, creating bug reports in the tracking system, and following up on their resolution.
  • Investigating issues reported by the after-sales team and working closely with them to resolve any problems.
