Senior Data Migration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the planning, execution, and management of end-to-end data migration projects. This individual will be responsible for extracting, transforming, loading, and validating large datasets across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient data migration.
- Write and optimize complex SQL and SOQL queries for data validation, migration, and reconciliation.
- Design and implement ETL jobs to move and transform data across various databases.
- Automate data processing, cleansing, and quality checks using scripting languages such as APEX, Python, or Shell.
- Perform thorough data profiling, mapping, and transformation to meet business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, including data mismatches, performance bottlenecks, and integrity errors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 5+ years of direct experience in data migration, ETL, or database engineering roles.
- Strong technical expertise in relational databases, including Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a focus on query optimization, joins, and stored procedures.
- Practical experience with Salesforce SOQL, APEX, and Salesforce data model.
