We are seeking an experienced Visual Identity Specialist to create and maintain a cohesive visual brand presence across all touchpoints. This role involves developing a strong brand identity that effectively communicates our values and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy Development: Create and refine our brand strategy, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Product Design: Design compelling product packaging for our essential oils, hydrosols, and resins that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Digital Media: Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and point-of-purchase displays that engage customers and drive sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand identity development and packaging design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, packaging design, digital media, and photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with printing processes, packaging materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
