Lead Unity Developer

Pole To Win International is seeking a highly skilled Lead Unity Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AR applications and games using Unity and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and design game features and systems using Unity.
  2. Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and immersive experiences.
  3. Optimize performance for AR applications across various devices.
  4. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
  6. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in Unity development, with a focus on AR applications and games.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Strong proficiency in C# and Unity3D.
  4. Experience with AR frameworks such as ARKit, ARCore, or Vuforia.
  5. Solid understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
  6. Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality products.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  10. Experience with other game engines such as Unreal is a plus.
  11. Experience with cloud services and networking for multiplayer games.
  12. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
