Santa Maria Oral Care Job Opportunity

As a key member of our Oral Care team, you will be responsible for influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists to ensure the effective recommendation and prescription of our products in dental offices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing Executive: Visit dentists to detail and sample hygiene products and professional lines.
- Market Analyst: Conduct research, analyze data, and report on your database of dentists.
- Business Development Specialist: Directly responsible for sales of custom and electric toothbrushes, professional product line in office.
- Relationship Manager: Establish relationships with dentists in your base and develop long-term partnerships.
- Demand Generator: Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies where we have dentists visited by the consultant.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, or Dentistry.
- Desirable Skills:
- Commercial Experience: Experience in the commercial area with a focus on sales, customer service, and generation of demand/prescription of products.
- Dental Industry Expertise: Desirable experience with commercial activities with the dental class.
- Business Acumen: Desirable experience in preparing business plans, professional presentations, and client management.
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge in Office Package and Google tools (knowledge in Excel and Google sheets required).
- Language Skills: Basic or intermediate English.
Additional Requirements:
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
- Location: Must live in Santa Maria - RS.
