Job Description:

The Digital Solutions team aims to empower businesses by leveraging Microsoft solutions and partnerships. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for helping customers across various industries and company sizes achieve their digital transformation goals.

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, partners, and account teams to understand business needs and design customer solutions that leverage Microsoft Cloud for Business with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:
  • Scale Customer Engagements
    • Proactively identify stakeholder needs and ensure wins
    • Support customer digital architecture transformation by staying up-to-date with customer information, technical trends, industry knowledge, and compliance regulations
  • Scale Through Partners
    • Engage in partner sell-with scenarios as needed to prove capabilities and integration into customer environments
    • Review partner demonstrations and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards
  • Architecture Design and Deployment
    • Lead customer/partner projects implementing technical architectures
    • Provide thought leadership for technical architecture design, development, and deployment, supporting customers/partners throughout pre-sales (pilots, proof of concept) and/or implementation
  • Trusted Advisor
    • Develop deep relationships with key customers, software engineering, and IT decision-makers driving long-term cloud adoption within their companies
    • Assess customer knowledge of Azure platforms and overall cloud readiness, supporting customers through structured learning plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in technical architect roles, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales

- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years of experience in technical architect roles, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in technical architect roles, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales

- Languages: English (Fluent)

- Required. Spanish -optional

- Technical Knowledge of SAP solutions required. Certification on SAP. SAP Rise architecture knowledge required.
