Global Marketing Associate

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our marketing initiatives across international markets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple regions, encompassing global programs and local adaptations.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to refine content and campaigns tailored to regional needs and cultural contexts.
  • Pioneer campaign setup and deployment across email, CRM, and digital channels using platforms like Braze and Hubspot.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, customer engagement, and channel efficiency.
  • Derive actionable insights from brand and customer data to inform market strategy and recommendations.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives; communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating high-impact visual reports and presentations to share marketing performance with internal teams.
  • Help coordinate marketing activity timelines and ensure projects stay on track.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Broad knowledge of all Marketing channels and programs
  • Strong operational understanding of marketing systems and tools
  • Attention to detail and a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative mindset across multiple regions with a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to execute marketing campaigns within agreed timescales

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Braze, Hubspot, and marketing automation tools
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Previous CRM or marketing operations experience
  • Experience in paid marketing campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, or programmatic)
  • Analytics tool proficiency such as Looker or Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with LTK Creator and LTK Shopping apps is beneficial
