Infrastructure System Architect

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure System Architect to join our team. As an Infrastructure System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure systems that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement infrastructure systems that meet customer and product needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • Technical background in IT infrastructure and operational systems
  • Previous experience in support environments
  • Customer relationship skills
  • Degree in an IT area or equivalent experience
  • Availability to work on the 3rd Shift (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM) including alternate weekends
  • Good communication, teamwork, interest in learning new technologies
  • Competence in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: JCL, REXX, Python/YAML, SQL
  • Understanding of software architectures or of infrastructure such as X86
  • Knowledge of Network technologies
  • Experience in working with global teams, with people from several locations
