Job Description

The General Operator is a crucial role in our operations, responsible for overseeing and controlling various activities within the area. This position focuses on equipment performance and control, ensuring that machinery operates at maximum capacity while meeting essential safety, productivity, quality, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment to meet performance expectations
  • Monitor equipment performance to prevent downtime and optimize production
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
  • Secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of three years of experience in paint operations
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations using a calculator
  • High level of commitment, strong sense of ownership, and operational discipline
  • Dynamism, desire for continuous improvement, and effective decision-making ability
  • Graphical skills and proficiency
