The Recruitment Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through the efficient delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. Located in Juana Díaz, this position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit's cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver day-to-day MSP services to clients, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of temporary requisitions.
- Facilitate the relationship between staffing desk suppliers and managers, utilizing Magnit's award-winning software, WAND.
- Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and provide relevant information to approved suppliers.
- Resolve and follow-through on issues related to workers, managers, and staffing agencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain quality client service and day-to-day operations, focusing on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
- Depending on team size, responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance, or staffing desk) or span multiple product lines.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies.
- A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a 'Can-Do' attitude.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English at a professional business level.
- Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant area, such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization.
