Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement and has excellent analytical skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Investran and other specialist fund systems, as well as developing processes and standards applied across the global support team.

  • Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivery.
  • Assist in training new offices and users.
  • Support the onboarding of new funds.
  • Participate in standardized use of fund systems across TMF's global offices, driving adoption of consistent usage of IT platforms to ensure global clients receive the same service offering regardless of location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Investran and other specialist fund systems.
  • Develop processes and standards for the global support team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Investran or as an Investran accounting super user.
  • Fund Accounting and Investor Administration background.
  • Understanding of Investran's Accounting, Report Wizard, CRM, and Reporting Services.
  • Experience with Investor portals (DX, eFront IC).
  • Automations and Business Intelligence using technology such as Alteryx, Anaplan, and PowerBI.
