About the Role

Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company, is seeking a skilled Rewards Specialist to join its team in Brazil. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and administering the company's compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local legislation.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform compensation decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.
  • Review compensation data and work on salary surveys and benchmarking projects to ensure the company's total rewards offerings remain competitive.
  • Prepare compensation reports for management and participate in strategy meetings with the HR team to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with certifications in Compensation or Benefits a plus.
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration, including knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools, with experience working with global compensation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus.
