About the Role

This role is focused on supporting the financial teams in various areas such as accounting, tax, treasury and billing. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of these functions and contributing to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and coordinating taxes
  • Support the preparation of annual accounts and other tax and legal matters
  • Manage payments, accounts, suppliers and customers
  • Oversee the invoicing and electronic invoicing system (SII)
  • Supervise the correctness of all invoices and review figures, tax rates and amounts throughout different jurisdictions

You will be expected to work closely with the financial departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in accounting and taxation, preferably acquired in a law firm or management company. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of professional experience in similar roles and possess strong business education background.

The following skills are essential:

  • Knowledge of international tax matters
  • Experience in handling high volumes of invoicing
  • Understanding of labor legislation within Spain and other jurisdictions
  • Proficiency in accounting and invoicing management programs

In addition, fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients are crucial.
