Angular Front-End Developer Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable web applications using Angular.

We are looking for a professional with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Angular Material to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build modern Angular front-ends for enterprise-scale SaaS applications with responsiveness, accessibility, and performance in mind.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate C#.NET REST APIs into the frontend application.
  • Implement multi-tenant UI patterns, role-based access control, and scalable state management to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Optimize front-end performance using profiling, caching, and telemetry-driven improvements.
  • Maintain accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility throughout the development process.
  • Apply secure coding practices aligned to SaaS and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, CJIS).
  • Incorporate AI tools responsibly into the workflow for code generation, testing, and productivity enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional front-end development experience with Angular (latest versions) and expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Angular Material.
  • Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications with role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with state management frameworks (e.g., NgRx, NgXS).
  • Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs in enterprise environments.
  • Awareness of applied front-end security best practices (OWASP Top 10, auth flows, secrets handling).
  • Experience working in Agile teams, mentoring peers, and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Azure services.
  • Knowledge of event-driven patterns and caching.
  • Domain experience in pensions, benefits, govtech, or fintech.
